We are building a new, community based economic model where our restaurant network will provide a special level of care to our membership. This includes fundamental recurring utility such as a $100 monthly food credit for the lifetime of our participating restaurants, and access benefits such as exclusive private spaces, anytime reservations, and special experiences curated towards building this member community.

The Dragonfly Gold or Dragonfly Supper Club membership must be purchased either (1) as a NFT directly with a cryptocurrency called Ethereum (verifying public proof of ownership) or (2) indirectly with US Dollars through one of the participating restaurants in our network (who will then purchase and own the NFT). Both methods of purchase grant the same membership benefits, including our $100 monthly recurring meal credit and special access to our membership venues and exclusive events.
We will soon be launching a private pre-sale for local members, project contributors, and participating network restaurants. Also seeking NY, NJ, and PA members and restaurants to beta initial token utilization.
When the token becomes available for public sale (please sign up to our email list, Twitter, or Discord to get live updates of our project), direct purchasers will need both Ethereum (we recommend Coinbase) and their Ethereum Wallet (we recommend Metamask or Coinbase Wallet) to purchase the NFT. After the purchase is successful, your unique numbered Dragonfly Gold NFT or Dragonfly Supper Club NFT will be automatically transferred into your wallet. Indirect USD purchases are completed through our network restaurants — these restaurants will then purchase the NFT and grant the same membership benefits to you. An access portal will be made available for members to register and immediately redeem specific rewards within our participating membership network.

Dragonfly Gold provides a recurring $100 monthly meal credit and weekday reservations towards any participating restaurant, brand, or event space in our network, which currently consist of 14 restaurant brands. Dragonfly Supper Club builds upon this fundamental $100 monthly meal credit with social invites to our Dragonfly Supper Club (an exclusive recurring private dinner and social club for our community) and additional access in the form of anytime reservations, private curated events, unique member spaces, and potential future benefits from our participating restaurant network.
Unlike 99% of NFT tokens in existence today, these fundamental utility benefits are real, live today, and immediately available to all Dragonfly Gold and Dragonfly Supper Club members, combining stable food utility with increasing private membership access value as our community grows.

All token members must be at least 21 years of age, and be registered on our membership portal with their real identity. The NFT combined with the registration will validate ownership to our participating network, and provide a seamless benefit redemption experience. In the event a whitelist is made available, first preference will be provided to local registrants with a NJ, NY, or PA address as that is the location of our initial participating vendor network.

Purchasing the membership as an NFT on the Ethereum blockchain validates public proof of ownership – as you are the public NFT owner, you are also able to sell the NFT should the membership benefits no longer become useful to you. We are working on creating a leasing mechanism where the token member can lease their token, limited to a once-per-year annual transfer. In the event membership transfers do occur, all sales and leases are subject to marketplace and transaction fees, both of which are paid by the Seller.
Only the registered owner (or approved and registered leasee) of the NFT membership can use the membership. Our participating venues will not honor gifted or shared tokens, and family members, friends, or any third party other than the NFT owner cannot redeem the membership benefits. Please note that our network and the participating restaurants may impose their own restrictions (for example, reservations may not be placed same day as to create an operations burden) or additional fees (for example, a 20% service charge). Please read our Terms of Use before purchasing the membership.

The token owner can register on our website with their real identity to redeem a once-per-visit $100 US dollar denominated monthly meal credit to any potential participating restaurant in our network. Currently this is limited to two physical spaces and fourteen restaurant takeout brands in New Jersey (USA) with additional restaurants and venues that may be added as we build our Dragonfly NFT network community. This up to $1200 USD annual recurring consumptive benefit lasts for the lifetime of the potential participating restaurants in our network.
There is no cash value to this token - unredeemed benefits cannot be refunded or credited towards the next month, and NFT owners may not be able to redeem their credit or benefits in the event of regulatory restrictions, unforeseen circumstances, and/or the lack of participating vendors, none of which are guaranteed. This NFT membership network and Dragonfly Brands (the inaugural restaurant participants) are separate legal entities. Participating member restaurants and venues and all member events and benefits are not guaranteed and may be added, removed, or changed throughout the life of the token.

We encourage each participating restaurant and venue to reserve the best tables for our Dragonfly Supper Club membership, host Dragonfly Supper Club events, and to set aside member only private, cocktail, and lounge areas. Additionally, our vendor network will seek to host private events in major cities around the United States as our community grows. Some of the more limited events may be restricted to Dragonfly Supper Club NFT owner-members only, or require one NFT per participant, and other less restrictive Dragonfly Supper Club events may allow NFT owner-members to invite a complementary guest.

Dragonfly Gold NFT token members can place weekday reservations, and Dragonfly Supper Club NFT token members can place an anytime reservation for up to eight total people. Reservations are made on a first come, first served, and as-available basis to all token members, and cannot be placed on the same day. You do not need a reservation to enjoy the restaurant network, however, you are also not guaranteed a table without a reservation. Upon entering the venues, the restaurant staff will confirm NFT ownership against our registration portal or the reservation will be released. Reservations not arriving on time will also be immediately released.

The economic architecture of our membership is designed with two distinct goals in mind: (1) to build our member community and to (2) maximize the utility benefits available to our community, as we seek to add new restaurants and venues to our community. Participating restaurants in our network gain the benefit of a loyal and consistent subscriber base, which grows as our community grows, may accept payment for our membership to purchase (and hold) the NFT, and as a stakeholder, will be reimbursed by the network for specific benefits provided to our membership, such as the $100 monthly meal credit.
Determination of membership venues joining our Dragonfly vendor community will be highly selective, require unrestricted acceptance of our $100 monthly meal credit program through enrollment in our membership portal, and the allocation of private spaces and/or the organization of unique, regular experiences towards our Dragonfly NFT member community.
We anticipate an initial release of 3,500 total NFT memberships during our public launch, with 1,500 NFT memberships to remain in reserve. We are working towards a limited mechanism to allow for the future release of the remaining reserve NFT(s) as membership credits are redeemed, or as value is expended towards the growth of the community and the Dragonfly network. This will balance the ability to scale the benefits and special experiences available to our membership community and simultaneously incentivize the quality, controlled growth of both our community and restaurant network.
